Payment terms are specified in the individual quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend work or withhold deliverables if payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the application of the ACL where it would be unlawful to do so.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services or this website (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
